    Hello! I am a Sims 4 custom content creator. I am in LOVE with your Sims 3 Frozen CC. I am trying to use the textures from that CC in TSR Workshop, but they're all grey or black. Do you think you can post the original color texture for your cc? I would really appreciate it. If you see this, please reply back. Thankies!

    Hello,
    Your creations won't show up in my game when I go into CAS. I don't know what the problem is, I've downloaded the package/rar that I want and placed them into my mods folder, but they don't show up in game. Am I doing something wrong?

    BEO answered:Hello! Did you extract package files from rar archive?
    After download the .rar files right click on them and using a program that handles archives (WinRAR for Windows, The Unarchiver for Mac) extract package files from the archives.

    it does not show up as rar

    BEO answered:If you have any problem, please leave more meaningful comments or describe the problem in an email. In that case, I can help. All files are stored on the site in the .rar format and if the files are not show up as .rar, then look for the problem on your computer.
